To ensure a fair evaluation of the show and prevent the duplication of your craft by a Juried Guest exhibitor, kindly provide a comprehensive list of all the items you intend to include in your exhibit. Failure to list all items will result in the loss of this opportunity. Even if you have participated before, we kindly request that you list your items. Only crafts that are personally handmade by you are eligible for exhibition and sale.

Outdoor Booth: 10'x10'Booth Fee: $60 - Electricity & Wi-Fi: Free

  1. It is crucial that all booths are embellished in an appealing fashion, with tables draped elegantly to the floor. This not only enhances the presentation of your craft but also adds to the overall aesthetic of the show, ultimately boosting sales.

  2. Prior to submitting your application, please reach out to us to confirm the availability of space.
    It is important to note that all booth spaces are required to bring their own 10'x10' tent, which must be equipped with appropriate weights.

  3. The Greenbrier Mountain Festival takes place on the premises of Hills Creek Baptist Church.

As all booth spaces have a standardized size of 10'x10'.
Please specify the NUMBER of SPACES you will require for your exhibition.

By checking the following box, I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read and hereby consent to this application, which constitutes a contractual agreement, as well as the stipulations and regulations outlined in the "Greenbrier Mountain Festival Conditions and Rules."
